Refund Policy
At The Linn, each piece is made in small batches with care and intention. We kindly ask you
to review all product details and the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges (Domestic Orders)
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for domestic orders only.
To be eligible, items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- unused
- returned in original packaging
- with all tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping Fee
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and approved after quality inspection, your refund will
be processed.
For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment
method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
- Bank details will be required to complete the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, a
refund may be issued instead.
Important Note
As all pieces are made in small batches, orders are dispatched within 10–12 working days.
Once dispatched, orders are express shipped and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
